SC-S Rules

1. Regardless of the rules- If a Mod or Admin asks you to stop what you are doing then stop what you are doing.
2. You may not mention yours (or anyone else’s)  Swagbucks username or Swagbucks referral link anywhere here on SC-S. Having your username or link exposed on this site will lead to your account being deactivated on Swagbucks. Use common sense.
3. Read BEFORE you speak. It annoys us if you ask something that is already posted.
4. Please do not overuse caps in the chatbox as it’s considered shouting, rude and inappropriate.
5. Do not overuse the boxcodes and smiles. Boxcode is : [color=red] color [/color],[b] bold [/b] etc.
6. No vulgar or rude comments. If it isn’t nice then don’t bother posting it in the first place. Use appropriate language in the chat.
7. Do not flood the Chatbox or you WILL be auto-banned. Flooding is where you say the same thing over and over and over and over in a short amount of time. This includes simply entering random characters into the Chatbox.
8. You MAY NOT post any referral links into the chatbox. Anyone who posts a referral link will face either their post being deleted or having their IP banned from the chat. See rule 9.
9. You MAY, however, post your referral link inside the email portion of your username. We suggest not using a Swagbucks referral link for obvious reasons.  Do not tell other users to click your name.
10. You are allowed to mention your referral link once every 2 hours.  Superpoints and other invite only sites will be limited to one invite link per day to give everyone a chance to get refs and minimize spam in the chatbox.
11. You may NOT post any link to chats such as tinychats, xat chats, other cbox chats, or any OTHER chats. You may NOT have any links to any chat in your name(url/email box).
12. You may not post any Tiny Url, Bit ly, Adf.ly, etc. links in the cbox or have them in the url portion of your name.  You may not use any type of link shortening services that have advertisements at all.  However, if there is a link you would like to post but is too long you may put it in your name or use the box code. You can post links with the box code: [url=http://address] website [/url].
13. You MAY NOT have arrows pointing at your name like so —> also, You MAY NOT say “Click Me” or any form of it, and your username MAY NOT contain any form of “Click Me”, or contain any link that leads to objectionable content (such as pornography). Your username may not be a URL either.
14. If you insist on having your link point to a Rick Roll, this is ok as long you do not tell anyone to click it. Let them find it the hard way.
15. You MAY NOT mention any competitor sites of SC-S.
16. No impersonating anyone else. If you impersonate or try to impersonate any staff member, you will be automatically banned.
17. Please no cybering it is just plain wrong and creepy.
18. If you are known as ‘The Swag Guy’ or work for Swagbucks or are affiliated in any way (Staff wise), you ARE NOT allowed to use the chatbox at all. Heck just get off our site!
19. No buying, selling or trading  any account or item will take place on SC-S. It is not our fault if you get your account/money stolen and you will not be reimbursed, we are not liable.
20. Please do not keep changing your name. Stick with one name in the chat box.
21. DO NOT ask to be a moderator. The more you ask the less likely you will be come one. Also if you ask to be one you will be banned because it’s annoying.
22. There are no other rules but be nice and play fair

Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a ban.

Note: Mods and Admins have the right to ban anyone regardless if that person has violated a rule. The duration of any ban is entirely up to the person who banned you. A ban could last anywhere from a few minutes to forever. If you are banned, please do not ask us to unban you without a real reason to do so, and you can go here to contact Admin about your ban.

Nobody may add to these rules or revise them in their favor. Even if you are a mod you will be punished. We reserve the right to change these rules at any point in time.
