A few answers…

Some of you have probably noticed some problems with the site.  We just want to let you know that we’re aware of them, and if we haven’t already addressed them, we’re working hard to do so.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding as we transition to a new hosting environment.

E-Mails are Showing Up Late

This is a problem that was fixed earlier today.  Hopefully this has blown over now.  For those of you who missed Swagcodes due to this, I highly recommend signing up for text message message notifications through Twitter if it’s at all possible.  Always feel free to ask for help in the chatbox.

Sometimes the Site is Unavailable or Slow

Because we moved from a shared hosting environment to a dedicated host, we’ve had to learn the hard way how to configure our server.  Again, this has hopefully been dealt with.  The site should be running faster than ever.

You Missed a Few Twitter Updates

This is due to a strage difference in configuration between our old host and our current host.  This has hopefully been fixed.

I’m Not Getting E-Mails at All!

Are you using hotmail or live?  If so, you probably won’t get mail from us right now.  Microsoft has very strict spam filtering rules, and new servers have to go through an application process to be recognized as non-spam by Microsoft.  This is underway, and will hopefully will be resolved within the next few days. UPDATE: It appears that we’re now able to send e-mail to live and hotmail accounts.  Make sure to check your spam folder if you’re still not getting email. We’re very sorry if our little hiccups has caused anyone inconvenience.  Again, we appreciate your patience, and hopefully it won’t be required for much longer! The new version of the auto-searcher is still in beta, but if you are interested, we definitely encourage you to send in for a beta key.  Just send email to swagcodespoiler@gmail.com with a subject “Searcher Beta”.
